A module to target with Alt+Click and show portraits instead of colored pips to indicate targets, positioning\offset and size of the icons can be configured in the module settings. Also change the color of the targeting reticule

This one is great, I've been really annoyed with the dots because half the time I never even notice them. I was considering doing this exact same kind of thing. Super super happy to see someone has made it. Keep up the good work👍🏼
